HOLISTIC WOMEN'S HEALTH
There is a rise in women having access to common knowledge when it comes to their menstrual cycles, as well as their general health and well-being.
My interest in this area has grown a lot in the last few years as I continue learning about my body and how the external affects it, and vice versa. What I keep hearing is that even though people are doing a lot of work in creating safe and held spaces for women to feel empowered and curious to learn about our bodies and cycles, we (as a society as a whole) still have ways to go.
I hope to offer my own contribution to this movement by continuing to learn about my own body, mind and heart. By continuing to explore my relationship to myself, my loved ones, the world as a whole and the natural environment. By questioning what it is I do, I believe and I act out and reflect on whether or not it reflects the truth.
As well as seeking training and stepping into learning spaces that can help widen and deepen my knowledge when it comes to taking care of, supporting and understanding women's cycles.
